The Journal of Educational Technology and Arabic Learning (JEThAL) is committed to a transparent and affordable publication process. Manuscript submission and standard peer review are free of charge. An optional fast-track review service and an article publication charge apply as described below.

Payment of any fee, including the fast-track review fee, does not guarantee acceptance, favorable reviewer recommendations, or publication.

Publication Fee Policy

1	Manuscript Submission JEThAL does not charge authors for submitting manuscripts. All submissions undergo an initial editorial assessment to determine their suitability for the journal's aims, scope, and publication standards.
2	Peer Review and Optional Fast-Track Service The standard peer-review process is provided free of charge. Authors may request an optional fast-track review service for a fee of IDR 350,000, subject to editorial availability. Fast-track manuscripts remain subject to the same editorial and peer-review standards as all other submissions.
3	Article Publication Charge A publication fee of IDR 200,000 applies only to manuscripts that have been formally accepted for publication following the editorial and peer-review process. No publication fee is required for manuscripts that are rejected or withdrawn before acceptance.
4	Open Access Policy JEThAL operates under an open-access publishing model. All published articles are freely accessible to readers worldwide without subscription or access charges, supporting the broad dissemination, visibility, and accessibility of scholarly research.
